热流道时序控制器/顺序时间控制器

 格润泰热流道时序控制器ACST600的输入启动电源为单相电源AC220V (50-50Hz)，具有三种信号输入电源，以适合模具的安装要求。螺旋管针阀输出电源：直流电源24V，交流电110V或交流电220V。

    提供Mode A/ Mode B选择。选择模式A：接收到注塑信号后，在延迟的时间内，浇口是关闭的，在延迟（DEL时间）消失后，浇口打开且一直保持开着状态，直到注塑时间信号结束。选择模式A：当一收到注塑机信号后，在延迟时间消失后，浇口打开（按设定的打开时间）。它能自动找到合适的电源配置：直流电源24V，交流电110V或交流电220V。该控制器能有效地控制注塑的顺序和时间,能有效地提高生产效率和品质。具有以下优势:

 a.使成形产品表面引发展瑕疵的熔接痕消除,或重新设置产品表面熔接痕的位置,从而达到改善成形产品的质量。

 b.通过对每一个浇口注射量的调节，达到改善品质。以防产品瑕疵出现阶或产品填充未到位等现象的发生。

 c.受时间控制器的控制，所有的浇口并不是同时开放，故注塑可在量小锁模力的情况下进行。

  d.通过浇口处注塑率的提高，使产品流痕达到最佳状态。

 Time sequence controller for hot runner

A/ Mode B Mode options. C. is controlled by time controller, all the gates are not open, so the injection can be performed in the case of a small amount of clamping force.
