热流道时序控制器
热流道时序控制器主要应用于针阀式热流道注塑系统，通过检测注塑机的合模信号，根据客户模具注射需要可调整延迟锁模射胶和不同时间段关闭针阀等动作，准确开启和关闭气动式针阀热嘴的阀针，达到使注塑产品无结合线的目的。

格润泰时序控制器使用注意事项： 使用本时序控制器时请注意以下事项：
1、通电前请确保所接电源为AC220V、50/60Hz，否则会引起控制器的损毁；
2、 确认控制器输出所连接之电磁阀为AC220V，否则会引起电磁阀及本控制器的损毁；
3、控制器打开电源后，请根据需要调整好所需的射胶时间和延迟时间，并确认合模信号与本控制器的连接无误，方可投入使用。
