详细介绍如下:
贴合紧密:加热器内径小于热咀外径,负公差,利用铜套管自身的张力夹紧热咀,无间隙,贴合紧密。
2:快速加热:无功损耗少,高功率发热丝。经测试:以相同被加热物体,用370W铜套圈加热和用600W弹簧加热器加热测试,以相同时间达到相同温度300度。
3:体积小:使用小直径发热丝=壁厚薄,壁厚2.0-3.0,节小模具开框空间,相对也就增加了模具的强度,减少模具加工时的切削量,减少刀具损耗。
4:维护方便、省时省力:开口=安装拆卸方便。只需一个卡簧钳就可轻松安装拆卸。
5:长寿命:嵌入式发热丝接触面积大,导热快,发热丝产生的热量迅速传导,不会产生高温,电阻丝负荷降低,管内无回路,无电阻线交叠,不存在电阻丝在管内短路隐患。
6:节能:此种镶嵌式发热丝铜套的接触面积为65%(弹簧发热圈的有效接触面25—33%),接触面大导热面积就大,铜套和热咀的接触紧密,导热速度快。热损耗很少,节省电能。
