热流动温控箱顾名思义,是用来控制热流道系统内部温度平衡的控制器,作为热流道系统必不可少的“四大金刚”之一,与热流道系统互相依存却又相对独立!它的精确度、稳定性都严重影响着整个热流道系统,而热流道系统的好坏亦是同样影响着温控箱的精确度、稳定性、使用寿命等;通常它由温控卡、机箱、重载连接器和电源线端子排等等构成。

原理:  温控箱是一种持续保持所需温度值的设备,它主要通过表芯内智能计算机芯片(MCU)探测发热流道温度,再经过智能计算机内部数据处理,输出适当比例电流值,从而达到控温目的,温度控制的精确性稳定性主要取决下列几个重要因子:
1>温度测量: 取样周期参数,数据滤波处理决定温度,测量电路温度补偿等决定温度测量精度;
2>PID控制: 通过调控反映输出电流比例,相关参数有比例段,积分时间微分时间;
3> PIDD控制: 通过相角控制,相关参数有比例段,积分时间,微分时间;
4> 自动调节: 通过分析发热线的电容和模具的热常数,提供其主导因子的功能(具有潜热性和散热不管
